Warranty/Return Procedure
All products carry a conditional lifetime guarantee. In order to utilize the guarantee, please mail the damaged item to our Sporn Returns center and we will issue a replacement or refund upon receipt. Please note that CHEWING IS NOT COVERED UNDER THE GUARANTEE and we do not include shipping charges in refunds. If you have questions regarding the warranty procedure, please contact Customer Service at (800) 223-1140.

Please include a note, along with the defective merchandise, providing the following details: 

  • Name
  • Telephone number or email address
  • Return mailing address (no PO boxes please)
  • Brief description of defect
  • Color and size preference, if seeking a replacement
  • Receipt (RECEIPT COPIES ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL REFUNDS, but are not required for replacements)
