All Sporn.com orders are shipped via UPS in recyclable cardboard. A UPS tracking number with shipment details will be emailed from email@example.com within 48 business hours of order departure. Please allow adequate time for your order delivery based on a departure in California.
Orders are processed from 8:00am- 5:00pm Central Time, Monday through Friday (with the exception of major holidays).
All products carry a conditional lifetime guarantee. Please note that CHEWING IS NOT COVERED UNDER THE GUARANTEE and we do not include shipping charges in refunds.
If you are unsatisfied with your product and wish to return it for an exchange or refund, please mail it via USPS, FedEx or UPS ground to our Sporn Returns center at the address below. Please note that we do not pay your return postage. If you have a damaged product and are seeking a replacement only, please email photos of your damaged item to firstname.lastname@example.org and include the following information in the body of your email: name, telephone number, return mailing address, description of damage, color and size of replacement needed. We will process your replacement order upon receipt of the above information.
