Stops Pulling Instantly!
The original Sporn Halter® was invented by Joseph Sporn in 1992. Using only the highest quality materials, this halter is guaranteed to stop your dog from pulling. The Sporn Halter® is made of the highest quality braided cord and nylon webbing with thermoplastic and nickel-plated steel fasteners. The Restraints™ are threaded through the fabric Sherpa Sleeves™ for your dog's maximum comfort. Available in 4 sizes and is easily transformed to a standard collar.

Sizing Recommendations
Small: 9-12 inch neck and approximately 8-25 pounds
Medium: 12-17 inch neck and approximately 25-60 pounds
Large: 16-24 inch neck and approximately 60-90 pounds
Extra Large: 23-33 inch neck and over 90 pounds

Recommended for walking purposes only. The nylon restraints and sherpa sleeves may be detached from the Sporn collar, so that only the standard collar may be used. We do not recommend leaving the restraints and sherpas on the dog unattended.

Great rig
Have just ordered my 3rd one. Ordered my 1st one almost 20 yrs. ago for a basset hound that kept gagging due to constant hard pulling. Sporn solved the problem immediately and walks became pleasurable for both of us. After my basset died at 16 yrs., I immediately bought a new one for the basset/beagle mix from a rescue that I know have. The mix is a lot more active than the pure bred and just broke the nylon which holds the metal ring on the bottom of the collar. The basset's original collar is back in service pending delivery of the one just ordered. Training and just plain walking are so much easier with the sporn halter. I'll never be without one for my dog.

It's Simple-The Sporn Halter WORKS
We have a 74 pound American Pit Bull Terrier who pulls something fierce. He has had significant training to curb this trait, but he's young and it's going to be a LONG haul. We tried head halters, which work very well, but it's pretty clear that he dislikes the band around his mouth and just below his eyes. At wit's end, we tried the Sporn halter...and it worked! Immediately! We love the control and the reasonable price; he loves not having a constraint, however gentle, around his muzzle. It's certainly worth a try if you've got a puller. And by the way, it doesn't matter how small your dog is; if he/she pulls and runs up to people and other dogs virtually uncontrolled, you're asking for trouble. Train your dog and get a Sporn...

Excellent product
I have a 10 month old chocolate lab who was becoming a nightmare to walk, especially near the water. I purchased the Sporn halter this morning and went to the canal. I have to say I was absolutely amazed. She fought me at first but after 10 minutes was walking wonderfully, I can finally relax and take the dog for a walk. This thing works!!! Oh by the way, now the wife can take the dog out too.

Amazing
I'm actually blown away by this product! When the lady at the pet store told me this would stop pulling, i didn't totally buy it, but thought i would give the Sporn a try since the price was so reasonable. We have a 35 lb boston/bulldog mix who is always pulling, darting and jumping. The Sporn stopped that on the first walk. My dog was happy, and for the first time EVER, there was slack on the leash! This product is actually AMAZING, and our walks are now much more enjoyable!!! Highly recommend.
