Shipping & Return Policies

All domestic orders are shipped in recyclable cardboard. A tracking number with shipment details will be emailed from within 48 business hours of order departure. Please allow adequate time for your order delivery based on a departure in California. 

Orders are processed from 8:00am- 5:00pm Central Time, Monday through Friday (with the exception of major holidays). Current order processing times are 2-4 business days.


Sporn® dog products carry a conditional lifetime guarantee. This is for the lifetime of the dog it was purchased for and includes normal wear and tear or manufacturing defects. Please note that CHEWING IS NOT COVERED UNDER THE GUARANTEE and we do not include shipping charges in refunds.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are unsatisfied with your product and wish to return it for an exchange or refund, please email us at for instructions on how to do so. Refunds are only provided for items ordered directly from to USA and Canadian residents. Please note that we do not pay return postage and we do not refund original shipping costs. Sporn is not liable for any missing packages so a tracking number for your return is highly recommended.

If you have a damaged product and are seeking a replacement only, please email photos of your damaged item to and include the following information in the body of your email: name, telephone number, return mailing address, description of damage, color and size of replacement needed. We will process your replacement order upon receipt of the above information.

Please include a note, along with the actual product, providing the following details: 

  • Name
  • Telephone number or email address
  • Return mailing address (no PO boxes please)
  • Brief description of defect (if any)
  • Color and size preference, if seeking a replacement
  • Receipt (RECEIPT COPIES ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL REFUNDS, but are not required for replacements)
  • If you are seeking a replacement or refund

Any returns sent back to the ship from address rather than the returns department address provided in the email correspondence will be subject to a restocking fee of $8.75.
