All domestic sporn.com orders are shipped in recyclable cardboard.
A tracking number with shipment details will be emailed from firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 business hours of order departure. Please allow adequate time for your order delivery based on a departure in California.
Orders are processed from 8:00am- 5:00pm Central Time, Monday through Friday (with the exception of major holidays). Current order processing times are 3-5 business days.
Sporn® dog products carry a conditional lifetime guarantee. This is for the lifetime of the dog it was purchased for. Please note that CHEWING IS NOT COVERED UNDER THE GUARANTEE and we do not include shipping charges in refunds.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are unsatisfied with your product and wish to return it for an exchange or refund, please mail it via USPS, FedEx or UPS ground to our Sporn Returns center at the address below. Please note that we do not pay your return postage and we do not refund original shipping costs. Sporn is not liable for any missing packages so a tracking number for your return is recommended.
If you have a damaged product and are seeking a replacement only, please email photos of your damaged item to email@example.com and include the following information in the body of your email: name, telephone number, return mailing address, description of damage, color and size of replacement needed. We will process your replacement order upon receipt of the above information.
