We are proud that Sporn dog products carry a conditional lifetime guarantee, which includes normal wear and tear over a dog’s lifetime or manufacturing defects. Chewing is NOT covered under the warranty. You can email info@sporn.com for us to process your order.
The fleece on our harness is machine washable. We recommend air drying.
Although MarrowChews are non-toxic, they are not intended for consumption. If any tiny pieces are ingested, they should pass safely; there is no need for concern. Discard the bone if it appears a larger piece could break off. Larger chunks may not pass safely if ingested.

All domestic sporn.com orders are shipped in recyclable cardboard. A tracking number with shipment details will be emailed from customerservice@sporn.com within 48 business hours of order departure. Please allow adequate time for your order delivery based on a departure in California.
Orders are processed from 9:00am- 6:00pm Central Time, Monday through Friday (with the exception of major holidays). Current order processing times are 2-4 business days.
The entire product, including all parts and accessories
This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that result in malfunctions or failures of the product under normal use.
In the event of a covered issue, the manufacturer or seller will provide one of the following at their discretion: repair of the product, replacement of the product or parts, or a refund of the original purchase price.
This warranty does not cover damages caused by unsupervised dog chewing, use of the product in a manner other than indicated on the packaging, or damages resulting from accidents, misuse, or unauthorized repairs. Each purchased item with a valid receipt is limited to a one time warranty claim, and an already replaced item will not be eligible for another replacement.
This warranty is non-transferable and is applicable only to the original purchaser.

Refunds are only provided for items ordered directly from Sporn.com to USA and Canadian residents, and must be initiated within 30 days of purchase order. Any returns sent back to the ship from address rather than the returns department address provided in the email correspondence will be subject to a restocking fee of $8.75.
A 1 hour timeframe from the purchased time is given for customers to cancel their order.
