What size Sporn Harness should I order?

To measure your dog for the best possible fit, we recommend measuring both the neck and weight.

What happens if my package gets lost?

All items purchased from sporn.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract, meaning that the risk of loss for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

How do I request a return or replacement?

If you are unsatisfied with our product, please email our team at info@sporn.com and we will provide a return address. You can send your order for a full refund of the purchase price. 

Please note that we do not pay for return postage and we do not refund original shipping costs. A tracking number for your return is highly recommended. Please also provide a receipt as we cannot process your refund without one. If you are looking to replace an item,

Can I request a replacement for an item my dog chewed on?

Unfortunately, we do not replace any items that have been chewed on.

What is Sporn’s Warranty Policy?

We are proud that Sporn dog products carry a conditional lifetime guarantee, which includes normal wear and tear over a dog’s lifetime or manufacturing defects. Chewing is NOT covered under the warranty. You can email info@sporn.com for us to process your order.

What is the best way to clean my Sporn Harness?

The fleece on our harness is machine washable. We recommend air drying.

Are Sporn’s MarrowChews safe to consume?

Although MarrowChews are non-toxic, they are not intended for consumption. If any tiny pieces are ingested, they should pass safely; there is no need for concern. Discard the bone if it appears a larger piece could break off. Larger chunks may not pass safely if ingested.

What is our shipping and return policy ?

All domestic sporn.com orders are shipped in recyclable cardboard. A tracking number with shipment details will be emailed from customerservice@sporn.com within 48 business hours of order departure. Please allow adequate time for your order delivery based on a departure in California.

Orders are processed from 9:00am- 6:00pm Central Time, Monday through Friday (with the exception of major holidays). Current order processing times are 2-4 business days.

All Sporn products as of August 2023 will carry a 1 year limited warranty.

Covered Isues

This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that result in malfunctions or failures of the product under normal use.

Resolution Option

In the event of a covered issue, the manufacturer or seller will provide one of the following at their discretion: repair of the product, replacement of the product or parts, or a refund of the original purchase price.

Limitations and Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damages caused by unsupervised dog chewing, use of the product in a manner other than indicated on the packaging, or damages resulting from accidents, misuse, or unauthorized repairs. Each purchased item with a valid receipt is limited to a one time warranty claim, and an already replaced item will not be eligible for another replacement.

Transferability

This warranty is non-transferable and is applicable only to the original purchaser.

Claim Process

To make a warranty claim, the customer must send an email to info@sporn.com, including the receipt of purchase and a clear picture of the broken product. We cannot process a claim without the receipt. The manufacturer or seller will review the claim and provide further instructions for resolution.

What is our Return and Exchange Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your product and wish to return it for an exchange or refund, please email us at info@sporn.com for instructions on how to do so. Refunds are only provided for items ordered directly from Sporn.com to USA and Canadian residents, and must be initiated within 30 days of purchase order. Please note that we do not pay return postage and we do not refund original shipping costs. Sporn is not liable for any missing packages so a tracking number for your return is highly recommended. Please email us at info@sporn.com with any return inquiries before mailing your return and we will provide the returns address. Please include a note, along with the actual product, providing all the following details:
  • Name
  • Telephone number and email address
  • Return mailing address (no PO boxes please)
  • Brief description and picture of defect (if any)
  • QC code needed for replacement orders (White tag that says QC followed by a few digits)
  • Receipt (RECEIPT COPIES ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS).

Any returns sent back to the ship from address rather than the returns department address provided in the email correspondence will be subject to a restocking fee of $8.75.

What is our Cancellation Policy?

A 1 hour timeframe from the purchased time is given for customers to cancel their order. Please send an email to info@sporn.com, with subject line titled “Order # Cancellation.” Please note that orders are processed on a timely basis, and we may not honor cancellations if the order has already been shipped out.
