Shipping & Return Policies
All domestic sporn.com orders are shipped in recyclable cardboard. A tracking number with shipment details will be emailed from email@example.com within 48 business hours of order departure. Please allow adequate time for your order delivery based on a departure in California.
Orders are processed from 9:00am- 6:00pm Central Time, Monday through Friday (with the exception of major holidays). Current order processing times are 2-4 business days.
All Sporn products as of August 2023 will carry a 1 year limited warranty.
Coverage Period: 1 year from the date of purchase
Covered Components: The entire product, including all parts and accessories
Covered Issues: This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that result in malfunctions or failures of the product under normal use.
Resolution Options: In the event of a covered issue, the manufacturer or seller will provide one of the following at their discretion: repair of the product, replacement of the product or parts, or a refund of the original purchase price.
Limitations and Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damages caused by unsupervised dog chewing, use of the product in a manner other than indicated on the packaging, or damages resulting from accidents, misuse, or unauthorized repairs. Each purchased item with a valid receipt is limited to a one time warranty claim, and an already replaced item will not be eligible for another replacement.
Transferability: This warranty is non-transferable and is applicable only to the original purchaser.
Claim Process: To make a warranty claim, the customer must send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, including the receipt of purchase and a clear picture of the broken product. We cannot process a claim without the receipt. The manufacturer or seller will review the claim and provide further instructions for resolution.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are unsatisfied with your product and wish to return it for an exchange or refund, please email us at email@example.com for instructions on how to do so. Refunds are only provided for items ordered directly from Sporn.com to USA and Canadian residents, and must be initiated within 30 days of purchase order. Please note that we do not pay return postage and we do not refund original shipping costs. Sporn is not liable for any missing packages so a tracking number for your return is highly recommended.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with any return inquiries before mailing your return and we will provide the returns address.
Please include a note, along with the actual product, providing all the following details:
- Telephone number and email address
- Return mailing address (no PO boxes please)
- Brief description and picture of defect (if any)
- QC code needed for replacement orders (White tag that says QC followed by a few digits)
- Receipt (RECEIPT COPIES ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS).

Any returns sent back to the ship from address rather than the returns department address provided in the email correspondence will be subject to a restocking fee of $8.75.
A 1 hour timeframe from the purchased time is given for customers to cancel their order. Please send an email to email@example.com, with subject line titled “Order # Cancellation.” Please note that orders are processed on a timely basis, and we may not honor cancellations if the order has already been shipped out.
